The "Lord of Decay" Withered Knight is the most obnoxious build in the entire PvP arena. We don't need flashy combos, and we don't rely on instantaneous burst. We simply stand in the dead center of the arena like a venom-coated steel bastion, melting opponents with inescapable Shadow and Poison damage-over-time until they collapse in despair.
1. Core Mechanics
Built entirely around "Aura Damage" and "Heavy Mitigations." By activating pulsing debuff auras that drain a fraction of your HP or Mana, you inflict continuous "Corrupt" stacks on all nearby enemies. Combined with the immense effective HP of heavy plate and class passive health regen, you win by systematically bleeding your opponents dry in relentless battles of attrition.

- Usage: Core toggle aura. Deals Shadow damage equal to 1% of max HP per second to surrounding foes while crippling their movement speed by 15%.

4. Gameplay Tactics
Toggle on Aura of Withering immediately upon spawn and march relentlessly toward the enemy. Never fear trading damage; your defensive profile is rock solid. When enemies commit their burst cooldowns, pop Shield of Corruption—this negates their damage spike while automatically poisoning them with every blocked strike. During enemy CD downtimes, weave light attacks with Death Coil for continuous health siphoning. Your goal isn't a quick one-shot; it's suffocating your opponent in an unwinnable war of attrition.
